You have a flexible attitude to first design, but afterward also configure a secure workplace environment. As a Microsoft Security consultant, you stay involved and engaged in each project and contribute to improve the overall security posture estate of at our customers.

You are ambitious and eager to implement security products or configurations in a broad range of environments. You are keen on growing and diversifying your Microsoft Security skills while working in a team of peers and experts, You are committed to expand your knowledge by staying up-to-date on the latest technologies in your field and mentoring your less-experienced colleagues to help our team grow further.

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time working together with our customers on-site.

What will you be doing?

As a Microsoft 365 Security consultant in our team, you will:

work directly with customers on Microsoft 365 Security solutions through assessments and reviews, solution designs, builds or management;
collaborate on internal initiatives to strengthen our security solutions;
coach less-experienced colleagues, based on your expertise;
learn from and contribute to our best practices, lessons learned, and intellectual property (IP) in security, while continuously improving them.

Is there a match?

Let’s see. If you…

have a genuine interest in M365 security, protection and compliance solutions;

have 3 to 5 years of proven project experience with Microsoft 365 Security products and/or with Microsoft Azure you are capable to perform security reviews on existing environments, formulate founded advice and configure suitable security controls;
have a good understanding of hybrid identities and Entra ID security features;
have affinity or proven experience with additional M365 products such as Exchange Online or Intune;
are certified on MS-102, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400, or AZ-500 or are willing to obtain these on the short term;
communicate clearly, be it face-to-face, through presentations or written texts. As a consultant, you are great in cultivating customer relationships and managing their expectations;
are fluent in Dutch and English;
have, above all else, a consulting mindset: you learn quickly and are able keep track with the fast changing Microsoft world;
